We've developed a new Meal Voucher Ordering and Payment feature for a PAAM Offsite Cloud Software App.
The new Meal Voucher Ordering and Payment feature we've developed allows for staff and volunteers to login to PAAM to select and pay for meal vouchers for an event.
Meal vouchers can be selected by day and meal e.g. a voucher can be selected for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, or just on the specific days required.
Once all vouchers have been selected these can be paid for online.
All meal voucher orders can be exported from PAAM to allow for orders with quantities to be passed to the event's catering team, and for the event's office team to allocate the meal vouchers when staff and volunteers check-in at the event.
