We've developed a new Global Documents System for a PAAM Offsite Cloud Software App.
The new Global Documents System we've designed allows for event staff and volunteer administrative, supervisory and managerial teams, to add documents to their PAAM Offsite Cloud Software App that they would like all members of staff and volunteers to have access to irrespective of events applied to.
The new Global Documents System allows for documents such as staff handbooks, health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures, to be uploaded to a single area which all staff and volunteers can access.
The new Global Documents System also allows for far easier management of global documents for example when a staff handbook needs to be updated.
