We've developed a new Health Declaration System for a PAAM Offsite Cloud Software App.
The new Health Declaration System we've designed allows for applicants, following the completion of the main application, to complete a separate Health Declaration, here noting any medical and health concerns.
Should any medical and health concerns be logged, the application is flagged allowing event administrative, supervisory and managerial teams to manually review and as required talk with applicants prior to applications being accepted.
Once an application containing medical or health concerns has been reviewed and if approved, the outcome of the review is automatically emailed through to the applicant and event administrative, supervisory and managerial staff.
